2. Update on Indy Faculty Council Budget (Erica) (~10 minutes)
   1. Appreciation yard signs are a go for faculty
      1. Budget for 800, but only 200 wanting them
      1. Possible concern that faculty don’t know what the yard sign is.
      1. Tracey Allen is working with a company for design ideas
   1. Other uses for budget
      1. Diane, Liz, Dorcas  and Linda will help with budget
3. Update on IvyOnline Advisory Council Meeting 12/9/20 (Erica) (~10 minutes)
4. ~3:30 pm = Emplify Results Discussion with Dr. Handy & Sara Hauger
   1. Emplify works with other institutions, but we are not sure which ones. Sara will work on finding out
   1. No plans to increase adjunct surveyed, SO is in charge of this
   1. Initiative fatigue, email volume heard from across the state
5. “Rest” Survey Update (Andrew / Erica / Lara / Linda) (~25 minutes)

Faculty Issue – “Customer Service” wording of the CCEC seminar ad.  This concern was discussed with the Council members present and deemed valid.  This concern will be raised up to the VCAA.
